Interim Hospice provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness. The program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible. Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver.

Interim Hospice is a locally owned business that began in 1995 in Lubbock, Texas. We have branched out to 15 hospice locations throughout Texas and New Mexico, and our Corporate offices are still located in Lubbock. We believe strongly in quality of life when quantity of life is limited, and we strive for excellent care for our patients and their families.
