    • Missão

    At Willow Tree Hospice, we are passionate about providing the highest quality of care for our patients and their families. It is our belief that end-of-life care is a privilege granted to us. To be allowed into our patients' lives at this most intimate of times is an honor and we are careful to be good stewards with this responsibility. Quality Volunteers are crucial to our care team. Your compassion makes a difference in the lives of our patients and their caregivers! Your engagement is key for the provision of our holistic approach to hospice care.

    Sobre Nós

    We focus on comfort and safety for our patients. This allows caregivers and families to relax and create meaningful moments and lasting memories with their loved one - with less anxiety and fear. Our hospice team comprises nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, home health aides and bereavement coordinators. It may also include other disciplines.

    Veterans are important to us and we go out of our way to provide for our valued former service members. To date we have earned a Level Four participation rank with the prestigious We Honor Veterans program, sponsored by the NHPCO.
