Goddard Law PLLC is a boutique, woman-owned plaintiff-side employment discrimination and civil rights firm in New York City. We are dedicated to representing employees and other individuals in all industries and at all employment levels who have experienced discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage theft, or gender-motivated violence in the workplace.

Our mission is rooted in advancing equality and dignity at work. We understand how powerless individuals facing discrimination and retaliation can feel, and we've made it our duty to empower our clients — many of whom are coming forward for the first time, often at great personal and professional risk — to stand up to employers who have wronged them and move forward with confidence. We represent survivors of sexual harassment and assault, victims of race, gender, disability, age, and sexual orientation discrimination, and workers who have been retaliated against for speaking out or asserting their rights.

Beyond individual case work, our attorneys are active voices in the broader fight for workplace justice: speaking on panels about survivors' rights and non-wage compensation, training other advocates on tools like New York City's Gender-Motivated Violence Act, and pushing publicly for accountability from powerful institutions and individuals alike. We believe access to justice should not depend on how much power or money someone has, and we take pride in representing clients against employers of every size — no company is too big to challenge.
