The People's Market

The People’s Market is a community-centered food access organization working to build a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient local food system. We connect families throughout Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Washington DC with fresh, locally sourced produce, pasture-raised proteins, and other nutritious foods through home delivery, produce boxes, pop-up markets, and community partnerships.

Our mission is to increase access to high-quality food in communities where fresh and affordable options are limited while creating reliable economic opportunities for small and historically underserved farmers. By purchasing directly from local growers, we help keep food dollars circulating within our region, strengthen small farm businesses, and shorten the distance between farms and families.
