UW Madison Affordable and Sustainable Housing Development Track

The Affordable and Sustainable Housing Development Track at is a unique program offered to students of the 1 year MS of Real Estate and Real Estate MBA programs in the Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Students access specialized training in affordable housing and sustainable development practices alongside core real estate course work to position them for careers in jobs that create social impact.
