Since then, she has sent 52 bills to the Governor’s desk, including legislation to de-felonize drug possession, end cash bail for minor offenses, give a $100 college kickstarter account to every child born or adopted in Colorado, and require jails and prisons to provide free menstrual hygiene products to inmates.
