Stevens Point Housing Authority (SPHA)

The Stevens Point Housing Authority (SPHA) was formed in 1968 and is a public housing agency that provides quality, affordable, and safe housing to low and moderate-income individuals and families in Stevens Point, Wisconsin (central Wisconsin). Our apartments and homes are near employment opportunities, quality schools, shopping, and public transportation routes. 

Today, the Stevens Point Housing Authority has 247 units, which include 93 residential units and one non-dwelling unit at Madison View, 73 residential units at Hi-Rise, and 80 single family, duplex, fourplex scattered homes within the City of Stevens Point.
