The Stevens Point Housing Authority (SPHA) was formed in 1968 and is a public housing agency that provides quality, affordable, and safe housing to low and moderate-income individuals and families in Stevens Point, Wisconsin (central Wisconsin). Today, the Stevens Point Housing Authority has 247 units, which include 93 residential units and one non-dwelling unit at Madison View, 73 residential units at Hi-Rise, and 80 single family, duplex, fourplex scattered homes within the City of Stevens Point.
