RAB is seeking a Part-Time Executive Director (ED) who will build upon our recent successes and guide us through our new period of growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will be responsible for the financial, programmatic, and operational management of RAB. In addition, the ED will receive professional development via non-profit leadership mentoring, webinars, and a wide range of resources through Spur Local (formerly the Catalogue for Philanthropy.) As RAB continues to grow and fundraise, we anticipate that the ED may have the opportunity to increase hours to full-time and to hire additional staff.

This position begins at 15 hours/week at $45/hour with a flexible schedule. Most meetings will occur during standard EST working hours.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Occasional nights/weekends required (board & advisory council meetings are generally 7-8:30pm on a weekday, May event is usually on a Sunday, and tight deadlines may occasionally require weekend work). The above responsibilities are representative of the overall role, your specific duties week-to-week will change depending on the program cycle, grant deadlines, etc. The Chair of the Board will be available to support the ED determining priorities. We are a remote first organization; however, candidates in/near the DC-metro area with mental health and/or education expertise and nonprofit leadership strongly preferred.
