    Descrição

Furnishing Hope of Massachusetts, Inc. (FHMA) is a Cambridge-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping families create safe, comfortable, and nurturing homes as they transition out of homelessness. We provide essential furniture and household goods, as well as delivery and set up services, helping families make a fresh start. FHMA serves families throughout the Greater Boston area.

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in carrying out FHMA’s mission, overseeing core activities such as furniture deliveries, in-kind donation intake, and volunteer management. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and works closely with the Executive Director, as well as providing shared oversight of the part-time Data Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in nonprofit management.
