We work to advance local, state and federal policy by educating policymakers, press and the public on the need for One Fair Wage and by: mobilizing low-wage worker voters in support of One Fair Wage; engaging ‘high road’ employers and conscientious consumers in support of One Fair Wage, and create consequences for ‘low road’ actors on the issue; and producing research, books, films and television to help shift the narrative on these issues.

We are now co-leading a new Living Wage for All campaign with over 100 labor and community partners, to raise the minimum wage closer to the cost of living for all workers with no exceptions.
