Registered Nurse

Mosaic Health located in Rushville, NY, has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse to join our team. Duties to include, but not limited to: obtaining and documenting health history from the patient; performing triage assessment; reviewing and developing care plans, and providing wellness related education.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Current license to practice as an Registered Nurse in New York State.
• 2 to 4 years prior experience in an outpatient setting
