    About the Role:

    The hiring company is building Ghana’s next-gen talent ecosystem — and we need YOU to help us get employers, universities, and partners onboard. As our Sales, Partnerships & Marketing Lead, you’ll mix business development, client management, and brand-building to help us win big accounts and grow market visibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and close anchor employers and training partners
    • Build and manage a sales pipeline (Zoho CRM or similar)
    • Write + execute marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, media)
    • Draft website + social copy; coordinate with contractors for design/content
    • Drive PR and media outreach for flagship reports + events
    • Collaborate with the Ops Lead to match employer needs with candidate supply
    • Think creatively, move fast, and OWN growth KPIs

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      • 2–5 years in sales, partnerships, or marketing roles
      • Strong client management + negotiation skills
      • Excellent writing and communication; confident in B2B conversations
      • Experience using CRM, email marketing, and social media tools
      • Results-driven, independent, and ready to hustle

    Bonus Points:

      • Background in B2B sales, edtech, HR tech, or startup ecosystem
      • Network in Ghana’s corporate, university, or public sector landscape

    Salary: Commensurate with Experience

    Incentives: Commission/bonus tied to closed deals + marketing KPIs
