Position Overview:
Upsolve is hiring a compassionate, detail-oriented advocate to support low-income individuals as they navigate the bankruptcy process using our free bankruptcy filing too. You'll work directly with users to answer questions, resolve complications, and guide them toward their fresh start. You'll also collaborate closely with Upsolve's Chief Product Officer to improve our internal workflows and surface user insights to inform the future of our product.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of law, technology, and social impact- and be part of a small, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape how we help thousands of families get back on their feet.
Prior experience in bankruptcy is preferred, but not required.
