NJ LEEP works to close the educational equity gap by partnering with first-generation and low-income students from the greater Newark area to build skills and offer experiences to achieve their college and career ambitions. NJ LEEP currently serves middle school students, high school students, college students, and their family members. Through a wide range of educational programs, we offer students the opportunity to develop their academic, professional, and social-emotional skills. Position Overview
The Middle School Program Coordinator will provide onsite programming and operational support for the Middle School Program Manager and instructors during Saturday & After-School programming and will support with data management and other projects outside of in-person programming hours. The projected start date is January 2026; NJ LEEP’s program year runs through May 2026. The Coordinator will be expected to be onsite at our downtown Newark location from 8:30am – 1:00pm on Saturday programming dates, and from 3:00pm – 6:30pm on 3-4 designated Tuesdays & Thursdays each month. All programming will be held in person at our office in Newark for the 2025-2026 school year.

Compensation: This position will be paid $18 per hour.
