We’re looking for someone who can:
- Work directly with students during daily after-school programming
- Provide homework and academic support and assist with enrichment activities
- Facilitate activities and keep students engaged and actively participating
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, structured, and youth-centered environment
- Support smooth student transitions and daily program routines
- Build positive and appropriate relationships with students and families
- Work collaboratively with the Program Associate, Program Coordinator, Center Director, and other program staff
- Bring patience, consistency, dependability, and positive energy to the Learning Center
