JOB SUMMARY
The International Economic Development Council (IEDC) has undertaken a digital transformation that will serve as a strategic upgrade and integration of technology across all areas of the organization. The transformation will enable a fundamental change in IEDC's operations, stakeholder experiences, and culture. IEDC is in the systems selection phase of this transformation and will enter the implementation phase in Q3 2025. The Analyst, Business Systems will play an integral part in the implementation of these systems and once deployed, leverage them for continuous improvement in business processes and stakeholder experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & KEY OUTCOMES
The Analyst, Business Systems will work closely with all IEDC team members to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lay the foundation for and subsequently implement data-driven solutions through a variety of new systems, including a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, learning management system (LMS), event management system, website platform, and more. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a focus on using data and emerging technologies to drive business value.

SALARY & BENEFITS
The expected salary for this position is between $79,200 - $103,900 based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and additional considerations.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is eligible for remote work within the United States. Candidates within commuting distance of Washington, DC are considered local and have the option to work from IEDC’s offices. If not located within commuting distance of our Washington, DC office, candidates must be located in the United States, have reliable access to dedicated high-quality internet service, and be willing to accommodate an Eastern U.S. schedule of operations. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to occasionally talk, hear, stoop, bend, kneel, frequently sit for extended periods of time; and continuously operate a computer and use manual dexterity for tasks such as keyboarding. The job requires occasional sedentary physical effort of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs. The mental demands of the job include continuous comprehension, organizing and reading and writing; frequently engage in reasoning, decision making, and interpreting and analyzing data; and occasionally requires resilience.
