    This is a top-tier governance, compliance, and institutional systems leadership role.

    You are responsible for ensuring that the organization:

    • operates with structure and discipline
    • maintains compliance at all levels
    • scales across regions with consistency
    • builds strong internal systems and governance culture

    🎯 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (EXPANDED)

    1. Governance & Compliance (HQ + GLOBAL)
    • Establish and enforce governance frameworks across:
      • headquarters
      • local chapters (Africa + global regions)
    • Ensure compliance with:
      • NGO regulatory requirements
      • internal policies
      • donor expectations
    1. Board Management & Leadership Governance
    • Coordinate:
      • board meetings
      • advisory councils
      • governance sessions
    • Prepare:
      • agendas
      • reports
      • resolutions
      • official documentation
    • Track implementation of board decisions
    1. HR Systems & Organizational Structure
    • Build and manage:
      • staff contracts
      • onboarding systems
      • volunteer frameworks
      • role documentation
    • Ensure:
      • performance tracking
      • accountability systems
      • clear reporting lines
    1. Continuous Training & Compliance (NEW – CRITICAL)

    You will design and implement ongoing training systems for:

    • staff
    • volunteers
    • local chapter leaders
    • ambassadors

    Training areas include:

    • governance standards
    • operational procedures
    • compliance requirements
    • organizational values and systems

    👉 Ensure everyone operates at the same standard globally

    1. Local Chapter Governance & Oversight
    • Structure governance systems for:
      • local chapters (target: 15 global regions)
    • Ensure:
      • compliance with HQ standards
      • reporting structures
      • operational consistency
    • Monitor:
      • performance
      • activity
      • alignment with organization goals
    1. Bylaw Development & Review (CRITICAL ADDITION)
    • Develop and maintain:
      • organizational bylaws
      • governance policies
      • operational guidelines
    • Conduct periodic:
      • bylaw reviews
      • policy updates
      • compliance audits

    👉 Ensure bylaws evolve with organizational growth

    1. Contract & Vendor Governance
    • Manage:
      • vendor contracts (Tech, Media, Marketing, Grants, Partnerships)
      • staff agreements
      • partnership MOUs
    • Ensure:
      • clarity of terms
      • deliverable tracking
      • compliance enforcement
    1. Documentation & Institutional Records
    • Maintain:
      • governance documentation
      • legal records
      • funding documentation
      • compliance reports
    • Ensure:
      • structured filing
      • accessibility
      • audit readiness
    1. Organizational Communication & Newsletter
    • Lead:
      • official organizational newsletter
      • stakeholder communication
      • internal updates
    • Communicate:
      • program progress
      • impact reports
      • governance updates
      • partnership highlights
    1. Meetings, Reporting & Communication Systems
    • Establish structured systems for:
      • weekly team meetings
      • monthly leadership reviews
      • board reporting sessions
      • chapter reporting systems
    • Ensure:
      • consistent communication flow
      • clear reporting templates
      • follow-up tracking

    • 100% documentation of:
      • contracts

    📢 Communication

    • Consistent newsletter publication
    • Structured internal and external communication

    🏛 Bylaws & Policy

    • Functional and updated bylaws
    • Regular policy review system

    💰 COMPENSATION & GROWTH

    • Probation (Months 1–3): ₦120,000 – ₦200,000
    • Post-Probation (Month 4): ₦150,000 – ₦240,000 (+20%)

    💰 BONUS STRUCTURE

    Bonus based on:

    • compliance readiness
    • governance system implementation
    • training system effectiveness
    • chapter alignment
    • documentation quality
    • board management efficiency

    🏠 Relocation & Accommodation

    • Temporary accommodation available during probation
    • Monday–Friday stay arrangement available

    • Accommodation is shared/basic
