You are responsible for ensuring that the organization:

- Governance & Compliance (HQ + GLOBAL)
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks across:
- headquarters
- local chapters (Africa + global regions)
- Ensure compliance with:
- NGO regulatory requirements
- internal policies
- donor expectations
- Board Management & Leadership Governance
- Coordinate:
- board meetings
- advisory councils
- governance sessions
- Prepare:
- agendas
- reports
- resolutions
- official documentation
- Track implementation of board decisions
- HR Systems & Organizational Structure
- Build and manage:
- staff contracts
- onboarding systems
- volunteer frameworks
- role documentation
- Ensure:
- performance tracking
- accountability systems
- clear reporting lines
- Continuous Training & Compliance (NEW – CRITICAL)
You will design and implement ongoing training systems for:
- staff
- volunteers
- local chapter leaders
- ambassadors
Training areas include:

- Local Chapter Governance & Oversight
- Structure governance systems for:
- local chapters (target: 15 global regions)
- Ensure:

- Bylaw Development & Review (CRITICAL ADDITION)
- Develop and maintain:
- organizational bylaws

- Contract & Vendor Governance
- Manage:

💰 COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- Probation (Months 1–3): ₦120,000 – ₦200,000
- Post-Probation (Month 4): ₦150,000 – ₦240,000 (+20%)

🏠 Relocation & Accommodation
