We’re an independent film organization launching our latest feature, Counted Out. This full-time position demands exceptional organization, adaptability, and time management. You’ll oversee screening operations, communications, and impact distribution, while managing projects, systems, and partnerships in a fast-moving environment. It’s a dynamic role for someone who can pivot quickly, balance competing priorities, and still deliver with professionalism and heart.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for screening hosts, building strong relationships through personable and professional communication.
- Manage screening inquiries, licensing, and logistics from start to finish.
- Lead and train the Screening Coordination team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
- Oversee systems management across Streak CRM, Zapier, Formstack, and Google Workspace.
- Pull reports, analyze data, and identify efficiencies to improve team performance and workflows.
- Maintain organized databases, event tracking, and delivery systems.
- Support communications, including website, newsletters, client-facing documentation, and social media.
Position Attributes and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years work experience ideally in campaigns, marketing, sales, communications and/or community engagement
- Strong intellect and work ethic; a self-starter
