Executive Director

A well-established nonprofit organization serving the Big Bend region of North Florida is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director/CEO to lead the organization into its next chapter. This is an opportunity to lead a respected organization with a meaningful mission and strong community presence.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management experience, along with demonstrated experience in administration, nonprofit operations, and fundraising. Strong leadership, organizational, financial, and community engagement skills are essential. Experience in grant writing and maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations is preferred but not required.
