Refuge House is the certified domestic violence and sexual assault services provider serving Tallahassee, Florida and surrounding 7 counties. Every year, Refuge House assists over 6,000 people affected by violence through comprehensive programs including hotlines, emergency shelter, sexual assault medical/forensic services, advocacy, counseling and therapy, injunction assistance, transitional and permanent housing. Refuge House is an empowerment, human rights based organization committed to building safe and just communities.
