Supervisor: Assistant Director of Child Nutrition
Starting Salary Range: $65,000-$68,000
The Role: In partnership with the Assistant Director of Child Nutrition, the Senior Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in improving children’s access to quality school and summer meals in Eastern Massachusetts. By partnering with schools and communities, this role helps expand participation in School Breakfast Program and Summer Eats, Massachusetts’ summer food service program for children and teens ages 0-18.
This is a relationship-driven, impact-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, providing hands-on support, and translating best practices into action. The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational, communications, and relationship-building skills.

All employees are currently working in a hybrid remote-and-in-person model and are expected to work in person at least once each week. The Senior Coordinator will regularly work in person at either Project Bread’s East Boston office or on location at their assigned Eastern MA school districts or communities.
