    Descrição

Are you looking for an internship that will challenge you, develop your skills, and provide hands-on experience working directly with senior leadership in a nonprofit setting? Do you want to make a real impact while gaining insight into nonprofit operations, workforce development, and social change, specifically in the realm of criminal justice reform and reentry?

Uplift Solutions is seeking driven, independent, and highly motivated interns to join our team. If you're a problem solver, self-starter, and critical thinker passionate about criminal justice and social change, this internship is for you.

What Makes This Internship Stand Out?

      • Work directly with senior leadership – Gain firsthand exposure to decision-making, strategy, and program implementation, especially in areas affecting justice-involved individuals.
      • Real-world experience – Tackle meaningful projects that directly impact returning citizens, workforce development, and criminal justice reform.
      • Mentorship & Career Development – Receive personalized mentorship to help you navigate your career path within criminal justice and nonprofit management.
      • Skill-building for your future – Develop expertise in research, program development, data management, grant writing, outreach, and more, with a focus on criminal justice.

One of our previous interns described this as “one of the most formative experiences of my entire college career.” If you're eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful change in the criminal justice system, we want to hear from you!
