Role Overview
We're seeking a motivated undergraduate student to support our Grants & Development team during Summer 2025. As a Grants Research Intern, you'll help identify new grant opportunities by conducting secondary research on potential funders, assisting with initial outreach materials, and supporting our grant pipelines in Monday.com. This is a fully remote role ideal for students looking to build research and writing skills while contributing meaningfully to international development and social justice causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote secondary research on foundations, corporations, and civic groups aligned with KSP's mission.
- Help building and updating prospect lists of suitable funders in Monday.com.
- Summarize funder guidelines, past giving, and alignment notes in a Google document for Grant & Development team review.
- Assist with drafting outreach emails or LOI outlines.
- Log outreach status and research findings clearly.
- Join weekly virtual check-ins for guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student (all majors welcome).
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and organized in a remote setting.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Monday.com.
- Respect for data confidentiality and ethical research.
