    Description

    Role Overview

    We're seeking a motivated undergraduate student to support our Grants & Development team during Summer 2025. As a Grants Research Intern, you'll help identify new grant opportunities by conducting secondary research on potential funders, assisting with initial outreach materials, and supporting our grant pipelines in Monday.com. This is a fully remote role ideal for students looking to build research and writing skills while contributing meaningfully to international development and social justice causes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct remote secondary research on foundations, corporations, and civic groups aligned with KSP's mission.
    • Help building and updating prospect lists of suitable funders in Monday.com.
    • Summarize funder guidelines, past giving, and alignment notes in a Google document for Grant & Development team review.
    • Assist with drafting outreach emails or LOI outlines.
    • Log outreach status and research findings clearly.
    • Join weekly virtual check-ins for guidance and mentorship.

    Qualifications

    • Current undergraduate student (all majors welcome).
    • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and organized in a remote setting.
    • Comfortable with Google Workspace and Monday.com.
    • Respect for data confidentiality and ethical research.
