About the Role
Globalteer is looking for a proactive and empathetic facilitator to lead empowerment workshops for girls aged 9–15 in vulnerable communities in Cusco.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about working with adolescents and creating meaningful social impact through education and emotional development.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver workshops on:
- Self-esteem & confidence
- Emotional intelligence
- Social skills & communication
- Personal development & goal setting
- Gender equality & empowerment
- Create safe, inclusive and participatory spaces
- Adapt content to local cultural contexts
- Support participants who may need additional guidance
- Monitor participation and measure programme impact
- Prepare brief reports and collaborate with the local team
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Psychopedagogy or related
- Experience working with adolescents (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of emotional wellbeing and personal development topics
- Fluent Spanish (required) + good English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, proactive and culturally sensitive
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
