    About the Role

    Globalteer is looking for a proactive and empathetic facilitator to lead empowerment workshops for girls aged 9–15 in vulnerable communities in Cusco.

    This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about working with adolescents and creating meaningful social impact through education and emotional development.

    What You’ll Do

      • Design and deliver workshops on:
      • Self-esteem & confidence
      • Emotional intelligence
      • Social skills & communication
      • Personal development & goal setting
      • Gender equality & empowerment
      • Create safe, inclusive and participatory spaces
      • Adapt content to local cultural contexts
      • Support participants who may need additional guidance
      • Monitor participation and measure programme impact
      • Prepare brief reports and collaborate with the local team

    Who We’re Looking For

      • Background in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Psychopedagogy or related
      • Experience working with adolescents (preferred)
      • Strong knowledge of emotional wellbeing and personal development topics
      • Fluent Spanish (required) + good English
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Empathetic, proactive and culturally sensitive
      • Comfortable working independently and in a team
