Partnership for Children of Essex

Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is the Care Management Organization (CMO) of Essex County as part of the New Jersey Children's System of Care. We are a mission driven, non-profit social service agency.

PCE is dedicated to assisting youth up to age 21 with complex needs that include: emotional/behavioral, intellectual/developmental and substance use. PCE utilizes a Wraparound model of care while working in partnership with youth and families to design and implement a plan of care that is specific to the youth's individual strengths and needs. PCE is committed to keeping youth safe in their home, school, and community.
