Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is the Care Management Organization (CMO) of Essex County as part of the New Jersey Children's System of Care. We are a mission driven, non-profit social service agency.
PCE is dedicated to assisting youth up to age 21 with complex needs that include: emotional/behavioral, intellectual/developmental and substance use. PCE utilizes a Wraparound model of care while working in partnership with youth and families to design and implement a plan of care that is specific to the youth's individual strengths and needs. PCE is committed to keeping youth safe in their home, school, and community.
PCE is a place where people feel good about the work that they do and are rewarded for their contributions with good benefits, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
