With thousands of families being affected by Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) DAILY, our mission is to create a trusted community that provides advocacy and support and resources to patients and families affected by CHD.

The CHD community is a community that affects so many, yet often overlooked and underserved. We support the whole warrior: Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit.

We value the truth in "it takes a village"; through our various programs we strive to support not only the patient but the entire support system (caregivers, family, etc.).
