Community Montessori Columbus

CMC’s mission is to provide affordable, fully-implemented Montessori education and child care to an intentionally diverse group of families in ways that promote social justice and environmental responsibility.

Community Montessori Columbus (CMC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering accessible, fully-implemented Montessori education and child care to families in Central Ohio. Our team, with diplomas from Association Montessori International (AMI) and advanced degrees in education, brings decades of experience to CMC each day.

We partner with families to support the development of children from 3 to 6 years old. Our two mixed-age Children’s Houses and Montessori-trained Guides offer an excellent alternative to three years of typical preschool and kindergarten.​
