Our mission is to provide practical financial assistance and compassionate support to Kentucky families of children living with Cerebral Palsy, helping ease burdens that are not typically covered by traditional funding sources.

We focus on:

• Travel expenses for medical appointments and procedure
• Gas and transportation assistance
• Lodging during hospital stays
• Meal support while receiving care
• Assistance with lost wages due to caregiving demands
• Other essential but uncovered needs (adaptive equipment, etc) that impact family stability

Our goal is simple: reduce stress so families can focus on what matters most - their child.

Why "Bridge"?

A bridge connects what feels impossible to cross alone.

Cerebral Palsy affects more than muscle tone and mobility. It affects finances, time, employment, mental health, and family structure. The gap between medical care and everyday survival can feel overwhelming.

Phoebe's Bridge Foundation stands in that gap.

We provide relief. We provide dignity. We provide hope. Because no family should walk this path alone.

We are a Kentucky-based, faith-centered nonprofit dedicated to supporting Kentucky children with cerebral palsy and the families who care for them. Founded in honor of Phoebe, a beloved child living with complex disabilities, our mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves to be seen, valued, included, and given the opportunity to thrive - and every family deserves support, understanding, and a bridge to the resources they need.

Our goal is to serve children with cerebral palsy and their families throughout Kentucky, with a particular focus on helping families navigate the financial, emotional, practical, and social challenges that often accompany caring for a child with a disability. We believe families should not have to choose between essential needs, therapies, equipment, transportation, and simply making ends meet.

Our work centers on compassion, dignity, inclusion, advocacy, faith, and community. We strive to connect families with resources, provide meaningful assistance, when possible, raise awareness about cerebral palsy and disability, and build a community where children with disabilities are accepted and celebrated for who they are - not defined by what they cannot do.

We believe that true support goes beyond writing a check. It means listening to families, understanding their individual circumstances, helping them find resources, creating opportunities for connection, and advocating for a community where people with disabilities have a voice and a place at the table.

Phoebe's Bridge Foundation is powered by volunteers, donors, community partners, and people who believe that small acts of compassion can create lasting change. Through fundraising, outreach, partnerships, and community education, we are working to build a bridge between families and the support they need.

Our vision is simple: a Kentucky and eventually a world where children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities are treated with dignity, included in their communities, and given every opportunity to live full and meaningful lives - and where families who love and care for them do not have to worry about how to pay for care, adaptive equipment, gas money to get to an appointment, where they don't have to choose between missing out on a day's pay at work or where they are needed most; at home caring for their child, and a world where they know that they are not alone.

While we are focusing our efforts in Kentucky right now, in our organization's infancy; we are looking forward to broadening our reach across the country.
