At Fáilte Academy, we create an environment where children can rekindle their love of learning, celebrate their unique strengths, and thrive beyond the limitations of traditional schooling, regardless of labels or diagnoses.

At Fáilte Academy learning begins with belonging. We priortitize relationships and feeling safe over everything else as the foundation for learning.

We're a small microschool on Philadelphia's Main Line serving neurodivergent and twice-exceptional learners, including many kids with PDA profiles who haven't thrived in traditional classrooms. Many of our families arrive after difficult experiences elsewhere, where their children were misunderstood or made to feel like a problem to be fixed. We start from a different premise: every child is a person to be seen and supported.

Our approach blends DIR/Floortime with Waldorf education. Small, mixed-age cohorts and roughly one staff member for every three students let us meet kids where they are and build real connection. Learning happens through hands-on building, storytelling, handwork, movement, and time in nature.

We're a young 501(c)(3) building something we haven't seen anywhere else: a place where low-demand, high-connection education isn't the exception, it's the whole point.
