At Teach Buenos Aires, our core mission is to empower vulnerable communities across Buenos Aires through high-quality English education. We firmly believe that learning English is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth, opening doors to new opportunities for our students. Our program is designed to provide practical English teaching experience alongside professional Spanish language instruction, fostering both personal and professional development for our volunteers. We aim to equip students with the English skills and confidence they need to thrive, recognizing that our volunteers are crucial mentors who directly contribute to the future success of individuals within our community.

About Teach Buenos Aires

Teach Buenos Aires is a small, professional, and legally recognized foundation based in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. We are led by a dedicated team of female educators with degrees from prestigious universities. Our unique program offers an international experience where volunteers live on-site at our school in a charming French-style building in the San Telmo area, immersing themselves in Argentine culture while teaching English and taking Spanish classes. We are committed to treating our volunteers with respect and care, fostering an environment of support. The program runs for a flexible 8 to 24-week duration, from early February to early November, offering a meaningful volunteer experience for native English speakers aged 21-40 who are passionate about teaching and eager to make a real impact.
