Since 1974, the Association of Religious Communities has been on the greater Danbury area's front lines preventing poverty, homelessness and domestic violence with our interfaith collaboration. ARC's Comida Food pantry is the largest "choice" pantry in Danbury, meaning that clients enjoy the dignity of selecting their own dairy, meat and produce. We've grown, in short time, from 25 families twice a month, to 200 families every week, and we keep growing! We need more volunteers to help us receive food on Wednesdays and distribute on Thursdays and Fridays.
