We believe in partnering with youth to shape thriving communities. We create the conditions for young people to be seen, supported, and allowed to lead -- building strength in themselves and resilience across their communities. We provide free academic support and therapy, as well as a paid leadership development internship for 14-18-year-olds. Our values are curiosity, creativity, authenticity, ubuntu, shared-leadership, and empowerment.
