South Carolina Native Plant Society

The South Carolina Native Plant Society (SCNPS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to protect and restore native plants, and educate communities throughout South Carolina.

SCNPS protects and restores native plants through advocacy, land stewardship, invasive plant removals, and native plant sales, and educates the community through field trips, lectures, seminars, and online resources.

SCNPS has several chapters located throughout the state of South Carolina. Led by dedicated chapter boards, chapters operate semi-independently, crafting programs that resonate with their communities and local interests. Visit scnps.org/our-chapters to learn more about your local chapter.
