Reality Changers

Reality Changers is a non-profit organization in the City Heights area of San Diego that aims to transform lives, schools, and communities by providing youth from disadvantaged backgrounds with academic support, financial assistance, and leadership training to become college graduates.

Our vision is to create universal access to college, one community at a time.
