AARP Tax-Aide Michigan

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is the largest, free volunteer-based tax assistance and preparation program in the U.S. and is offered in conjunction with the IRS.

AARP Tax-Aide volunteers serve millions of individuals each year. AARP membership is not required.

AARP Tax-Aide provides free tax preparation assistance to those who qualify with a special focus on taxpayers who are over 50, have low to moderate incomes, and/or disabilities.

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for friendly and service-oriented people to join us for the upcoming tax season. Volunteers receive training and support, learn new skills, and feel great while helping others. No previous experience is required. Our volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds.
