Research: (1) compile data about how land rents effect economic development, urban sprawl, mass transit ridership, and environmental degradation; Ally: (2) cooperate with others of divergent views (e.g. environmentalists and developers); Communicate: (3) use story to both enlighten and entertain, authoring/producing for both stage and screen, most recently, "The No Good Deeds of Founder Tom Paine", an idealist ahead of his time and world-class author who defeated death six out of seven time.

Winner of the Green Light award from the Alternative Energy Institute, we author/produce for both stage and screen. Currently we're promoting "The No Good Deeds of Founder Tom Paine", an idealist ahead of his time and world-class author who defeated death six out of seven times, to co-celebrate in 2026 the birthday of the United States of America, a name that Paine coined.
