Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) provides support and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities (and their families) living in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. TCRC headquarters are located in the coastal town of Santa Barbara, and we have five branch offices throughout the tri-counties area.
