Achievable Health

The mission of Achievable Health is to provide high-quality healthcare to our community, with a specialty in treating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Achievable Health is a nonprofit community health center is a first of its kind state-licensed, federally qualified health center which opened in 2013 to meet the healthcare needs of the community with a specialty of treating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. We envision a compassionate healthcare community where all those with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive personalized and wholistic care that empowers them to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Our values include approaching our work and interactions with compassion, helping others, embracing innovation, fostering a supportive and cohesive team, and building trust.

We provide a full range of health care services, from primary care for adults and children, to mental health services, and access to a vast specialty care referral network.

At our Lovelace Center facility, all of our patients and families have access to extensive care coordination, enrollment and eligibility services, and extended visit times. All of these services are vital for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and all of our community.
