Solutions to poverty and injustice must be led by people from within the community. We help people build their skills for leading social change locally. Cultivate exists to empower & equip community insiders and their allies through leadership development and capacity-building programs to transform their communities through asset-based community-led development. We work with people domestically and internationally to help them launch and lead nonprofit organizations (or NGOs, INGOs, or charitable organizations) which address their community’s struggles against poverty, oppression, racism, injustice, and marginalization so that they can be community change-makers.
