Oakwood Creative Care (OCC) offers Day Clubs specializing in treatment beyond the traditional care model. Our INNOVATIVE research based programs are revolutionizing how care is delivered. We believe that a diagnosis does not define your life and that there is treatment beyond a pill.

Our Members experience memory impairment, strokes, cancer, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer's to name a few. We believe this shouldn't stop someone from having purpose, meaning, and a place to belong.

PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT FOR ADVANCED BRAIN HEALTH

A program that utilizes history, conversation, and photography to expand conversations, promote critical thinking, and increase memory retention.

MUSIC & MEMORY

CREATIVE ARTS ENGAGEMENT

The creative arts engagement program seeks to open the doors of creativity and expression through art, movement, and dance.

FITNESS CLASSES: Zumba, Chair Yoga. Tai Chi, etc.
