ElevAAte Biotech is a nonprofit focused on advancing East Asian American leadership in the biopharma industry.

East Asian Americans have excelled in biopharma, yet they are few and far between in the C-suites and boards of the largest companies. ElevAAte hopes to address this by strengthening the community of East Asian American biopharma leaders, empowering current and rising executives through leadership development, and raising awareness about incredible East Asian American leaders to provide role models for the next generation and shift American views about what leadership looks like.
