To support Jews working in secular nonprofits and philanthropy by building peer networks and practical tools to address workplace antisemitism and enable them to thrive in the sector.

Blue Compass is a growing network dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering Jewish professionals working in secular nonprofit and philanthropy spaces. Through our integrated engagement model, including Compass Circles, Compass Connect, in-person regional gatherings, and virtual programming, we help members build community, develop skills, and navigate the challenges of Jewish professional identity in their workplaces.

We are a lean, mission-driven organization in an exciting period of growth, expanding from our founding New York cohort into a national network. This is an opportunity to be part of something early, to shape its growth, and to do work that genuinely matters to the people we serve.
