Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) CMCS is one of the largest providers of subsidized child care in New York City. Each of our programs within this division operates with the same goals in mind:
Cultivating positive self-esteem, independence, and self-sufficiency.
- Developing fine and gross motor skills.
- Developing strong interpersonal and socialization skills.
- Developing multi-faceted language skills via conversations, interactive activities, visual aides, and dramatic play.
