    Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) ​CMCS is one of the largest providers of subsidized child care in New York City. Each of our programs within this division operates with the same goals in mind:

    Cultivating positive self-esteem, independence, and self-sufficiency.

    • Developing fine and gross motor skills.
    • Developing strong interpersonal and socialization skills.
    • Developing multi-faceted language skills via conversations, interactive activities, visual aides, and dramatic play.
