Mountain Lake Academy

Mountain Lake Academy is a therapeutically driven educational community which serves to meet the needs of vulnerable students, empowers them to be leaders, and helps transition them back to their home communities with an expanded worldview. We take a holistic approach to education. We are equipped to deal with the dynamics of the student experience.

Located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains, Mountain Lake Academy offers young men, ages 12 to 21, the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential by enhancing their intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth.

Our holistic, family-oriented approach combines an experiential-based program with an outstanding educational curriculum to deliver proven results. Our multi-disciplinary approach seamlessly integrates academics, sports, recreation, clinical services, and residential life, delivered in a highly structured, yet nurturing environment.
